The good society is dependent upon equilibrium of forces balancing individual self-interest and the common good. Public Sector leaders are intended to be stewards of the common good and the good society requires public sector leaders to reclaim and deepen their understanding of this essential voice in democratic society.

Spirituality of Leadership
Spirituality is a lived relationship with the transcendent. As we align our lives with Spirit we open ourselves to a form of knowing that comes to us from beyond the limit of our five senses. This Spirit-based knowing, over time, creates a new sense of being which deepens our lives at all levels. The Spirituality of Leadership is about living and leading from this deeper place of knowing and being.
