Many people report that they find it inspiring to discover their core values and reconnect their leadership to the power and promise of the common good. These same people also report that the pressures of an average day make it difficult to maintain these commitments and say they would welcome support to maintain these ideas and insights and intentionally integrate the principles and practices of Values-based Leadership into their daily life.
Grace and Associates offers a new program to help you do just that!
Twelve-Month Community of Practice On Values-based Leadership for the Common Good
The twelve-month community of practice is designed to provide participants a longer learning cycle in which they can deepen their understanding and practice of vital concepts connected to values-based leadership in the context of a community of support and encouragement.
One day a month, participants meet to explore a new concept related to Values-based Leadership and report back on how they integrated and implemented the concept introduced at the previous session.
Sessions are designed to emphasize the integration and application aspects of the learning cycle, This is accomplished by encouraging participants to share their real experiences that capture the challenges and successes associated with bringing Values-based Leadership to life in the midst of the real challenges of the day.
